Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a holistic body work. Man is seen as a unit. Physical, mental and psychological factors influence each other. Problems cannot therefore be viewed in isolation.

The treatment is based on the anatomical structures. Craniosacral therapy addresses the self-healing powers of humans on all levels. Resources are created and strengthened so that many positive changes can happen.

Indications:

  • After accidents, falls, upsets, electrical accidents

  • Cervical Spine - Distortion Trauma (Whiplash)

  • To support rehabilitation after illness, surgery

  • Musculoskeletal complaints such as back, joint and muscle pain, disc hernias (slipped disc), neck and back tension

  • Chronic pain

  • Headache migraine

  • Paranasal sinuses - inflammation (sinusitis), frequent ear infections

  • TMJ problems, support for tooth corrections, jaw malfunctions, grinding of teeth

  • To support organ function, such as indigestion

  • Menstrual cramps

  • Neurological disorders

  • Sleep problems, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, Burnour syndrome, depression

  • Psychosomatic complaints

  • Regulation of the vegative nervous system

  • Support in stressful life situations
